Delete your account · Lampstead Lock
An account is optional in Lampstead Lock. If you signed in with Apple or Google, you have a Lampstead account shared by the Lampstead apps. It links your Lampstead Plus purchases. You can delete it inside the app, or ask on this page. Everything else Lampstead Lock stores lives on the phone, and Montgomery Appworks does not keep a copy.
Delete your Lampstead account
- Open Lampstead Lock and go to Settings.
- Under Lampstead account, tap Delete my Lampstead account, then confirm.
That deletes the account and what lampstead.app stores for it, for every Lampstead app. It also signs you out on that phone.
Erase what Lock stores on the phone
- Open Lampstead Lock and go to Settings.
- Tap Erase all my data, then confirm.
That deletes the apps you chose, history, streak, email, names, and locks on that phone. Turn protection off before you delete the app, so nothing stays blocked. Lampstead Lock does not set a Screen Time passcode.
Subscriptions
Deleting your account or the app does not cancel a subscription. Lampstead Plus ($5.99 a month or $39.99 a year, with a 7-day free trial) is billed by Apple or Google. Cancel it in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings. Purchase records are held by Apple, Google, and RevenueCat.
Delete on the web
Email support@montgomeryappworks.com from the address on your Lampstead account and ask us to delete it. Use the subject “Delete my Lampstead account”. You do not need the app installed. We delete the account and what lampstead.app stores for it, for every Lampstead app, and reply within 2 business days to confirm.
