How does locking work on iPhone?

On iPhone, Lampstead Lock uses Apple’s Screen Time APIs: FamilyControls, ManagedSettings, and DeviceActivity. They run on the device, and Apple does not share usage data with us. The apps or categories you choose are opaque Apple tokens, so we never see the app names. When you open a locked app, Lampstead Lock asks you to pray or read a verse.
