These terms cover Wenlow (formerly Feel Better), listed on the App Store as Wenlow: Feel Better, an iPhone app from Montgomery Appworks LLC in Oklahoma. The privacy policy is at /wenlow/privacy.
The app
Wenlow is a mood check-in and self-care app. It includes breathing, grounding, and gratitude. Nothing is collected off the device.
Wenlow Plus
Wenlow Plus is $4.99 a month with no trial, $29.99 a year with a 7-day free trial, and $59.99 for lifetime access. The monthly and yearly plans renew automatically. Lifetime access does not renew. Purchases go through Apple only, using StoreKit 2. You can request a refund from inside the app. Apple or Google decides on refunds according to their policies.
Auto-renewal and cancellation
The monthly and yearly plans renew unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends. Manage or cancel the subscription in your Apple ID subscription settings.
The yearly plan includes a 7-day free trial. The monthly plan does not. If you purchase the yearly plan during its free trial, the unused part of the trial is forfeited.
Apple’s license
The app is licensed under Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement.
Children
Wenlow is not directed at children under 13.
Deleting your data
Mood logs, notes, and reminder times stay on the phone. Deleting the app removes that local data.
Changes
If these terms change, the effective date at the top of the page changes with it.
Oklahoma law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma.
