Restoring a purchase
Wenlow Plus is purchased through Apple with StoreKit 2. Sign in with the same Apple ID you used to buy it, and restore the purchase from the App Store. If it still does not show, email support@montgomeryappworks.com.
Cancelling a subscription
Wenlow Plus is $4.99 a month with no trial, $29.99 a year with a 7-day free trial, and $59.99 for lifetime access. The monthly and yearly plans renew unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends. Lifetime access does not renew. The monthly plan has no trial. If you purchase the yearly plan during its free trial, the unused part of the trial is forfeited.
Manage or cancel the subscription in your Apple ID subscription settings.
Refunds
You can request a refund from inside the app. Apple or Google decides on refunds according to their policies.
Where your data lives
Mood logs, notes, and reminder times stay in local storage on the phone. Nothing is collected off the device. There is no account, no analytics, no ads, and no tracking. Deleting the app removes the local data.
