These terms cover Feel Better, an iPhone app from Montgomery Appworks LLC in Oklahoma. The privacy policy is at /feelbetter/privacy.
The app
Feel Better is a mood check-in and self-care app. It includes breathing, grounding, and gratitude. Nothing is collected off the device.
Feel Better Plus
Feel Better Plus is an auto-renewing subscription at $4.99 per month or $29.99 per year, with a 7-day free trial. There is also a lifetime option at $59.99. The lifetime option does not renew. Purchases go through Apple only, using StoreKit 2.
Auto-renewal and cancellation
The subscription renews unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends. Manage or cancel it in your Apple ID subscription settings.
If you purchase during the free trial, the unused part of the trial is forfeited.
Apple’s license
The app is licensed under Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement.
Children
Feel Better is not directed at children under 13.
Deleting your data
Mood logs, notes, and reminder times stay on the phone. Deleting the app removes that local data.
Changes
If these terms change, the effective date at the top of the page changes with it.
Oklahoma law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma.
