Delete your Wedfold account

Wedfold is a daily app for Christian couples from Montgomery Appworks LLC, 9905 S Pennsylvania Ave Ste A, Oklahoma City, OK 73159. You can delete your account and its data in the app, or ask us by email.

In the app

1. Open Wedfold and go to Settings.
2. Tap Delete my account.
3. Confirm with Delete account.

That signs the phone out and removes your answers and prayers from the couple right away. It cannot be undone. If you are the only real member, the couple is deleted too. Your spouse keeps their own answers if they stay.

By email, without the app

Email support@montgomeryappworks.com with the subject "Wedfold account deletion request." A real person handles it and replies when it is done.

Wedfold does not ask for your email or phone number, so we need something that points to your account. The recovery code from Settings is best. Without it, send the name shown in the app, your spouse's name in the app, and about when you started. If nothing matches one account, we will tell you, because we cannot guess.

What is deleted

• Your answers, your prayers, and your place in the couple.
• Your display name. A blank row named "Deleted" stays so the id is not reused.
• Sample answers from the preview partner, Jordan.

Your spouse's own answers stay with them. Reminders are stored only on your phone and go away when you delete the app.

Subscriptions

Deleting the account or the app does not cancel a subscription. Cancel Pro in your Google Play or Apple subscription settings. Apple, Google, and RevenueCat keep their own purchase records under their own policies.
