Who it’s for
Party rental and equipment rental operators. If the inventory is bounce houses, tents, tables, or chairs, and two customers cannot have the same piece on the same day, this is the booking desk for that.
What it does
- Stops a second booking of the same item on the same date.
- Takes the deposit online when the booking is made.
- Keeps the weather rule and the reschedule rule with the booking, so a rainout has an answer you already chose.
What it doesn’t do
- It does not run delivery routes or tell a crew which truck to load.
- It does not control the weather, and it does not promise a refund your own rule does not already allow.
- It is not available to use yet, and there is no launch date.
