What it does
- Records a waiver for each payment: conditional or unconditional, progress or final.
- Sends a reminder to a sub who still owes a waiver.
- Shows a status list of who is missing which waiver before payment goes out.
What it doesn’t do
- It gives no legal advice. It will not tell you which form to use or whether a waiver is valid in your state.
- It does no filing. It does not send a waiver to a county, a court, or a lien office.
- It only tracks and collects. It is not available to use yet, and there is no launch date.
